Contract opportunity for Security Analyst at Federal Government Department. 1 year contract plus 2 year extension, Australian citizens with NV1 clearance only. Role closes 22 Oct 2018, Monday 5pm (Canberra Based)
Essential skills and experience
Mandatory Criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years continuous experience working in an IT security environment – in particular, network security operations, integration of cyber systems and tools, risk and reporting.
- Experience working in Windows or Unix environments.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and technical report writing skills.
- Demonstrated high level of knowledge of Australian Government security requirements.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in the delivery of successful outcomes in a high-tempo team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships, mentor personnel and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary/industry (or equivalent) qualifications.
- Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CREST and Ethical Hacking.
- Previous experience in an Australian Government agency
