Essential skills and experience:
- Experience in designing and authoring a range of supporting technical documents, including standard operating procedures, user guides, online training materials.
- Experience in working with range of Business stakeholder to transition to new business processes.
- Experience in planning and running User Acceptance testing.
- Assess the impact of change with project team members and key stakeholders.
- Support the post implementation support and review process.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
