About the work

Why is the work being done?

The Department is currently undertaking a technology based transformation program comprising of multiple application development activities at various stages of the project life cycle.

To help ensure the successful implementation of these applications undertake vulnerability and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in security controls and other exploitable vulnerabilities that could be leveraged by an attacker.

 

What’s the key problem you need to solve?

Vulnerability and penetration testing for key applications within the organisation.

Who will the work be done with?

In consultation with IT security and other relevant stakeholders.

Any additional relevant information?

All specified personnel undertaking penetration testing services are required to hold a minimum NV2 (Top Secret) security clearance.

Is security clearance required?

NV2 – Top Secret
